Based on the game system from the previous title "Patapon", "Patapon 2" will again put the player as the god of the PATAPON tribe to beat the drum and lead them to the end of the world. There is an all-new 4 player co-op mode and detailed customization is also available to let players create their own PATAPON hero. The number of missions, items and replayable elements has been doubled when compared to the previous title. You can also play together with other users who do not have the software through game share. If you own the previous title, you can also carry over through save data.

Normal Patapon(Black) - The basic Patapon, weak but can wear cool helmets that makes them strong
Pig Patapon(Pink) - Slightly increased CNC and damage, low Crit
Bunny Patapon (Raised ears) - increased resist to frozen status
Bunny Patapon (Sad ears) - vulnerable to sleep
but has good CNC
Cat Patapon (Yellow) - Good Crit increase and other minor increases
Tree Patapon (Green) -Very good for bosses for high CNC, vulnerable to fire
Frog Patapon (Lt. Green) - resistant to fire, small increase to crit
Porcupine Patapon (Blue) - Very High Crit and Speed, vulnerable to freezing
Fish patapon(Red) - Not sure but has good crit, good CNC and good KB, minor improvements to all stat
Monkey Patapon(Brown) - Inflicts All Ailmemnts (sleep, Freeze and Burn)
Pingu Patapon (Penguin Like) - high chance to freeze the enemy
Buffalo Patapon ( lt. Violet ) - Very vulnerable to fire, high Hp and defenses
Deer Patapon ( Antlers ) - Good improvements to stats ??
Shroom Patapon ( red Mushroom)- Inflicts Sleep
Bird Patapon (Zeal?) - high Improvements to all
Demon Bull Patapon (Violet) - really Very High attack but slow
Last Patapon( Lt. Blue) - ??no info but maybe the most expensive of all

»» How can I pass the stage with the guy with the big horn, its after the 2nd monster fight, the big bird. I keep failing the mission but it hasn't started yet, The horned guy keeps saying something but after his monologue, mission fails.
